As the holiday season approaches, I am reflecting on the many moments that make our Willard community so special. This busy time offers a chance to pause and appreciate all we have accomplished together.

What a change in the weather from the beginning to the end of our Thanksgiving Break! We went from temperate autumnal zephyrs to frigid winter gusts in a matter of a week. To quote humorist and ersatz meteorologist Mark Twain, "If you don't like the weather in New England, just wait a few minutes". Truer words were never spoken.

The Thanksgiving Break marks the one third point in the school year. Can you believe it? It’s a reminder of how quickly time flies and how time moves even more rapidly when you’re having a “good time”.
